Important Message to ALL Tied Pub Tenants in Britain

Official CAMRA video

Important message for Tied Tenants of ALL pubco's, including, and especially even, lessees who run pubs owned under the tied pubco style of business run by cuddly friendly 'Family Brewers' such as Fullers, Marston's, Greene King, Shepherd Neame, Charles Wells, Brains etc - all the dozens of them who keep their heads under the Punch and Enterprise parapet.

The government is looking for evidence to back up the claims by the BBPA (British Beer and Pub Association) that Self Regulation by their paymasters - the major pubco's and family brewers - has substantially improved conditions for all their 18,000 tenants - the majority of pubs in the UK.

Jo Swinson at Business Innovation and Skills department and her boss, Vince Cable NEED to know how tied tenants/lessees are being treated by their Freeholders and whether they have changed their behaviour since new Codes of Practice came in and were made law last year.

HAVE YOU BEEN GIVEN A NEW CODE OF PRACTICE by your pubco in the last year?

HAS YOUR PUBCO BREACHED (broken its promises) its Code of Practice to you?

Twitter is an important communication tool and can very easily be used ANONYMOUSLY. It's very easy to set up an account and very easy to tell @joswinson and @vincecable and @GregMulholland1

You can also send Tweets to your MP if they have an account and to David Cameron and anyone else who needs to know why pubs are failing all over Britain.

This video produced by CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, explains accurately and fairly why pubs are closing all over Britain. The excesses of banker style Private Equity business greed. Please share this as far and wide as you can. Please attribute authorship to Claire Cain CAMRA.

Any pub licensees out there? Join Pubs Advisory Service. It's free, it's well informed and has no pubco links at all:
