Important message for Tied Tenants of ALL pubco's, including, and especially even, lessees who run pubs owned under the tied
pubco style of business run by cuddly friendly 'Family Brewers' such as Fullers,
Marston's, Greene King, Shepherd Neame, Charles Wells, Brains etc - all the
dozens of them who keep their heads under the Punch and Enterprise
parapet.
The government is looking for evidence to back up the
claims by the BBPA (British Beer and Pub Association) that Self
Regulation by their paymasters - the major pubco's and family brewers -
has substantially improved conditions for all their 18,000 tenants - the
majority of pubs in the UK.

tenants/lessees are being treated by their Freeholders and whether they
have changed their behaviour since new Codes of Practice came in and
were made law last year.
