This is hilarious! Punch, like all the other Private Equity driven tied lease model pubco's who between them own the majority of the UK's pubs, are great at letting themselves off the thorny question of 'Why Pubs Are Closing All Over Britain'.
Just to recap: A spokeswoman for Punch told the Selby Times: "We are pleased to confirm that The Odddfellows Arms is currently open and trading" ... for how long? Until we shut it of course.
