Pub reforms come under attack as share prices surge

Ed Davey and Vince Cable should be ashamed of themselves, they have consigned thousands more pubs, publicans, pub lessees and communities across the UK to the scrap heap of history by giving pubcos the go ahead to continue pillaging and plundering our nation's heritage, tradition and very culture.

Their Parliamentary colleagues in both Houses who have worked tirelessly and diligently to expose the bullying usurious rapacious practices of the pubcos must be affronted by this pathetically weak reaction to successive Select Committees over the last seven years.

The pubcos Gangmaster like activities toward their tenants have brought a landscape of boarded up pubs across Britain while promoting the surge in success of Starbucks and the like to radically alter our cultural timeline.

What a legacy. This appalling, undemocratic, moment will never be forgotten by lessees.
