MD's and COO's who have run the pub sector into the ground while grabbing as much loot as possible, don't know the first thing about any operational aspects of the pub industry but do understand how to create value out of nothing and sell this to financial institutions and people of high net worth to extract the last drop of blood and vitality left in the bricks and mortar of British pubs before the national estate's final conversion to 'Alternative Use'.
