Well funded, on the back of a substantial redevelopment by the Ramsay mob, with a very experienced team applying high attention to detail behind it sets up a situation where they may be trading way above FMT and the tie might not bring them down before they get their £200K back. How many others lost their shirt on this tied pub before Ramsay got it wrong I wonder
