'No conflict' for new FLVA boss

@Chris Swift. It is difficult to believe how many people in this trade are evidently incapable of seeing the fundamental conflicts thrown up by Martin Caffrey's appointment to CEO of FLVA.

Even if Caffrey is the best person in the entire universe to do the job the fact is his CV would, in any normal recruitment process, immediately disqualify him from doing the job simply because of the many unanswerable questions and suspicions it forces on the situation.

The guy's application should not even have got past the first selection round.
