Luff gives pub trade till October to change

Mr Luff is being business like due to the apparent cap in handness of the pubcos. Nothing substantive will change though and that will certaibnly be clear by October. Unfortunately, as Edward Cant points out so clearly above, this situation needs a quick and quiet revolution not even more time put aside to see outcomes of the hollow murmurings of pubcos making noises of atonement on death row.
