Rather than expressing indignation at the outcome of the BEC report Tuppen should be doing the honourable thing and handing in his resignation. He's been exposed for what he is, his business techniques have created a huge company that has terminally damaged the pub industry. He needs to acknowledge that his gorging spree is over and standing down. HE might consider giving back a lot of the cash he's taken out and putting it into a licensees' rescue fund. It would score some human brownie points if not get him into heaven.
