It's happening all over the UK - asset stripping pubco sells to asset stripping developer - screws tenant. Pubco and developer make millions; Pub closes. publican loses, staff lose their jobs, community loses their local, their traditions, the country loses its cultural heritage, sense of place and the things that define it as being different from other countries all over the globe.
I have made two additional comments on posts below, both of which would apparently be published "when approved". It would seem that approval has not been forthcoming - I wonder if that's because at least one of them asked a difficult question.
