Amazing rubbish from the ever consistent Enterprise, ploughing their furrow directly against the will and recommendations of successive Select Committees and reinforced by the ever 'extremely pleased' (to be taking home £400K a year?) Simon Townsend, backed by Bruline's 'delight' that their contract as Enterprise's 'spy in the basement' has been renewed.

All this GUFF around equipment that is NOT Weights & Measures approved and which provides NO benefit to Enterprise's clients whatsoever, takes a couple of hundred million a year out of the pub system which could otherwise be used to invest in bricks and mortar, and is used to spuriously attack tenants with accusations of breaking contract and implementation of arbitrary fines.

Could only be real in England.
