Of course when a pub is a tied lease it's a 'low cost entry into the pub trade' but when it's going to be managed by a pubco they chuck at least quarter of a million at it - AND, surprise surprise, IT WORKS!

So pleasing to see that Julie Andrews thinks the hills will be alight with the sound of the flaming grill.
