Don't repeat the mistakes of past generations, never give up not repeating those mistakes.

You are born fit for life, maintain that, play and work to stay fit, look after your body, look after your mind. Learn other languages, appreciate other cultures as much as your own, learn that others are like you and you are like others. Understand that mankind is new to the planet and still has much to learn; and it needs to learn fast. Open your eyes, learn from what you see, look again and always learn more. Don't allow your experience of others less capable than you make you despondent. Work hard to make things better, do not take others for granted, treat them as you hope to be treated, never give up, be patient be strong. Do not believe that life is fair but work to make it so. Never give up.
