and I'm sure there will be a lot of readers appreciative of your thoughts on the sale of RBS pubs (being handled by Sapient) and how this will affect S&NPC/Heineken's relationship with their tied tenants, anecdotally most of whom appear to be going out of business which, presumably is why RBS are trying to get rid of the 900 liabilities they have in the S&NPC estate.
