Experian only pick up the thin end of a very long and thickening wedge. Their methods of collation don't identify pub churn. None do, except the pubcos...

There are thousands more pub failures than are recorded because, as far as the pubcos are concerned, it's not a failure until it's a block of flats. And then, it's TREBLES all round.
