RE: Enterprise places ten pubs in Allsop auction

According to Brer Ted Enterprise still 'operates' the pubs. As if they ever 'operated' them in the first place. In this context the use of the word 'operation' is akin to taking out gold fillings during an autopsy.

When is selling the freehold NOT selling the freehold?

When the purchaser is PAID to buy it - it's called 'the Enterprise way'.
