The smoking ban might have been implemented more thoughfully than it was but it is not a conspiracy. More a too earnest application of best intentions.

It's unlikely that any number of politicians who collectively have the ability to change legislation rather than just bang drums and whip up eddies of little Englander fury about it are going to go back and relax their position on no smoking.

'Man made global warming' is not another conspiracy Bob, it certainly is not a fallacy, it's very real.
