He got the gong for 'services to the pub trade' by calling MPs 'Moronic' and for suggesting that were it not for parliamentary privilege he would be asking some solicitor somewhere if the members of the BES committee were saying horrible things about the marvellous things he's done - ahem like all those wonderful 'services to the trade' which could not be substantiated.
