Finding all this selling off of Enterprise's assets (apart from its lessees that is) a bit hard to Swallow (hahaha). But no news here really - pawning the family silver has become so commonplace that none of it is news anymore. We know now that Ted Tuppen does not regard selling off freeholds as, er, selling freeholds 'because Enterprise retains an operational interest' and that such balance sheet exercises appear to defy gravity in the short term and common sense in the long term.

Wonder how good Ted is at DIY with a drill and a hammer.
