That's a very heavy duty sentence with fascinating semantics Teddy Boy.

You sell something but you haven't sold it because you retain an operational interest?

You operate pubs but you don't, actually, operate pubs at all, yet this still gives you an 'operational interest'?

You're selling the family silver is what you're doing.
