Please can this be made absolutely clear? The 'group' that is BBPA, BII and FLVA doesn't actually represent anyone other than pubcos - FLVA was wholly compromised even before this very ill judged move to get into bed with the other side and it's impossible to take it seriously as anything of a representative body. It's nothing more than Ted Tuppen's lap dog.

The other 'group' genuinely represents among its members many, many thousands of licensees, operators and consumers.

Who you going to believe has more credibility when they outline what the industry needs? The people who serve pubcos or the people who serve customers?
