Enterprise: rate of pub failures slowing

http://www.morningadvertiser.co.uk/news.ma/ViewArticle?R=84543

Yes. Ninety pubs shut out of 7,500 seems to be what Teddy was saying. Let's look at that figure again. NINETY? It's just not believable is it? A little economical with the truth there, Teddypoos? Townypoos, do you know any better?

Congratulations gentlemen! Your business is doing great, there are no underlying structural problems with your business model, your tenants love trading out of all those fabulous high quality siteds you let to them at rates far below the free of tie sector, your supply prices are Soooooo competitive your tenants, actually love you both. And when your tenants look around them at the conditions of their luxuriously appointed private accommodation above their business which you reckon is worth a paltry 9 grand a year to you in their P&L, why, they simply can't believe just how life's like a Cadbury's Caramel advert for them. Take it easy guys.

No wonder your Enterprise Christmas postbag is bursting at the seams.
