Mixed views on Marston’s rights

http://www.morningadvertiser.co.uk/news.ma/ViewArticle?R=83541

The Marston's pub in a village in rural Northumberland which had five tenants in as many years then was closed and boarded up then subsequently reopened on a TAW after five months, being run by someone who avtually knew what he was doing but who didn't ahve any mondy to invest has, apparently, according to village talk, been turned down for a refurbishment of the trade kitchen. Without this the pub will NEVER work. Don't know at all whether anythgin ahs been done about the letting rooms which were unfit to let because the roof leaks.

Good call Marston's. Ralph I hope you read this and do something about it before spending that £176 million.
