PRS revenue hit by pub closures

Wholly go with the comments already posted. Customers often come to ask about music we play - and we do a good job of selling it to them. Then they trot off and buy the music to play at home. And WE have to pay for the privilege of promoting music.

“PRS for Music is currently working with publicans and trade bodies to provide advice on how to effectively use live music to keep pubs alive and thriving.”

HOW exactly does PRS expect anyone to take this on and believe it?
