It's difficult to know where to begin to comment on such a non story as this. No one is going to know exactly how much anything costs.

The suited people who run pubcos and the consultants they hire in live in a fantasy world where everything is quantifiable on a spreadsheet. This industry is all about people. Spreadsheets are a useful tool in the right circumstances. FM2 what does that stand for?

They've been in their Aladdin's cave too long and the genie's long gone while they were counting their gold. Now they've got to the bottom of the pile there's nothing left except web based tools and phone in call centres. It's pathetic.
