New Enterprise Lease

One could GUARANTEE there's no point even bothering to read any tied lease. Just sign it and know that within five years you'll be on your uppers or in the gutter. They by nature are designed to RIP the tenant off. They are designed by nature to leave no profit with the tenant and syphon it ALL off into the board room to pay for executive bonuses and to pay shareholders and to service on going VAST debts which can never be paid back.

As someone mentioned elsewhere on this forum. IT'S A PONZI. Theyr'e all PONZIS. They always will be PONZIS. Get rid of the tie and establish proper rents. Then pubs will make profits and there won;t be any pubcos getting fat on the back of other people's sweat, blood and tears.
