RED BULL announces research that shows Bar work as tough as being an athlete.

This is GREAT! I've been telling staff for twenty years that bar and restaurant work, done well, demands the highest skills of any profession. The Red Bull reseach says it all really. To do catering well demands extraordinary manual and mental dexterity, a wide range of highly specialist knowledge of food, drink and general knowledge, rapid mathematical calculating ability, extraordinary physical stamina, a well balanced personality, highly developed social skills, a grasp of law applied to many different situations and highly developed sense of humour and wit. Among other things of course.
