RE: Enterprise promises rent concessions - fantastic deal

The even sadder thing is that if the PCA actually said what it really is,ie;..."a three months only deed of variation which will give you virtually no time to change anything",then the scared witless tenant might make a stand.

Problem is that even if the rent is reduced for the three months it goes back up again!Also nobody will admit to the fact that it might have been way too high in the first place.Bankers covenants and all that- it is alleged!

It,s like watching the deckchairs being rearranged on the Titanic and all that ice might be good to chill the gin and tonics of the shareholders.Then again the Titanic could never sink could it?
