RE: 15 jobs go in Greene King restructure
What a wonderful thing the English language used to be! But now you can use words for all sorts of meanings, such as:-
"restructure" (=sack);
"outstanding level of assistance" (=outstanding promises of assistance);
"real & relevant support" (= we'll come round to help you pay your rent);
"develop successful long term and viable businesses”(= mug).

To be fair to Greene King, I think there are others to whom this would be a better fit but it does sound as though it has come out of a "Brewery Rep's Handbook of Set Phrases".
