Bernard Brindley takes over BII chairmanship following Grant departure

BII needs to take risks in the UK rather than in China and Bernard could be good for this. He certainly needs to hit the ground running, without a stumble, and take a hard stance on a lot of things BII's been roundly and rightly severely criticised over in the last five years, particularly its lapdog role to the pubcos, and lead BII from the front.

BII needs vision and entrepreneurial flair at the top or else it's going down the knackers' yard with blinkers on.
