Bedfordshire ON SUNDAY

This is happening to pubs all over the UK to dramatic effect to their communities and to the very tradition and heritage of the British way of life. By and large it's because these pubs suffer from decades of chronic underinvestment by their freeholders.

Much of this cultural damage is completely unnecessary and avoidable because many of these pubs, if invested in wisely and well managed, would still be viable, vibrant and thriving community hubs.

The People's Pub Partnership is being designed to deal comprehensively with this structural problem in the pub sector.
