Enterprise ‘sale and leasebacks finished’

This has been a short term measure, akin to selling off the family silver, destined to disaster from the outset. They pay off bondholder debt now while taking on longer term debt through the sale and leaseback which, in itself costs them more than it pays them in the short term. It's a diminishing spiral that has inevitable, inescapable consequences. If you can't see it you should be asking yourself some searching questions...
