Why should we be interested? Because M&B are regarded by a lot of people as being really good at what they do in a market that's dominated by big players who don't care a flying fig about pubs or restaurants or anything to do with catering really, they just love making shed loads of money out of cattle market situations and this is the area they happen to operate in.
