Toby Carvery hits TV screens

That's not a good 'carvery' it's a carefully restricted conveyor belt of four ounce portion controlled servings of mediocre roast - a choice of giant pig cow or turkey torn from the carcass to order by butchers with blunt knives - served with 'before the veggies dry out' overcooked multicoloured mush and a choice of veggie, poultry or beefy deep brown thick shiny 'gravy'.
It's pile it high sell it cheap no more no less.
So they are busy. So what? People are so broke or tight they are driven by price and little else.
