Enterprise Inns Departure Statement

http://www.morningadvertiser.co.uk/forum.ma/SaveGenericPost/57774

Gilbert, MY column has been empty since I signed my lease in 1995.

I'd suggest the inclusion of the Standard Column fo buying out in the departure statement is there because Enterprise, and all the pubcos, work on the assumption / prediction that EVERYONE buys out. It answers why they believe we can all support ludicrous upward rent reviews and pay more than double for our beer - they ASSUME, because their contracts are implemented in so draconian a manner, their lessees will be compelled to seek extra curricular financial support through buying out and therefore, we all have wedges stashed away in mattresses to accommodate rainy days - like back rent bills and buying out fines.
