Sincere congratulations on your volume increases. That is fantastic performance under any circumstances, let alone in the middle of doom and gloom.

Apart from your own skills and endeavour are there any external factors you think might have helped push up volumes? Are people shunning other pubs in favour of visiting yours? Have other pubs in your area shut and their punters coming to you?
