And any one who has only just found out about the BEC report. You are NOT too late, there IS a LOT you can do: The first thing to do is to meet your MP face to face and tell them about your situation. If you don't know who your MP is track them down by putting your postcode into this website: http://findyourmp.parliament.uk/. From there you should find out when and where your MP holds their constituency surgeries. Go to a surgery and talk to them about your situation. Tell them you know about the BEC report and that you would like them to contact the relevant ministers and ask that a competition commission inquiry be started as recommended by BEC. You will be surprised at just how shocked, and interested, your MP is about your situation and the many other tied licensees who are suffering the same indignities in their constituency...
