BBPA is certainly NOT running the enquiry in September.

The Business Enterprise Committee run the enquiry. The BEC replaces the Trade and Industry Select Committee - the committee who heard the enquiry in 2004. Some of the same people from last time are sitting on the new committee.

BBPA might choose to submit evidence to the enquiry - as they, along with anyone else who has an interest, are free to do so - SIX pages maximum. Information and guidelines here.
